The war effort often utilized the amphibious LARC-4 that could float out to the big freighters, pick up a load of bombs, and drive them right  up on to the shore and unload them on to semi flatbeds.
The fishing vessel in the background always gave  great concern in case it was Cambodians or Vietnamese in disguise.
