Barracks
The barracks overhang gives maximum shade available, which was most welcome, due to the lack of air conditioning.
My friend, Randy Keefer, guards the empty barracks construction site and equipment from being stolen by thieves (camoys).
This is the very first 3 floor barracks under construction at U-Tapao.
Construction is complete and Airmen are crammed in it like sardines!
